| How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders received before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will normally be packaged and despatched the same day. Otherwise they will be despatched on the next working day. So you can expect to receive your items very quickly - often the very next day! We will always email you to inform you of any delays due to stock shortages or other reasons.
How will my goods be sent?
All items despatched to destinations within the UK are sent out recorded delivery by first class post. A signature will be required on delivery. If a guaranteed next day service is required then we are happy to offer this for a supplementary carriage charge, details on request.
Items despatched to destinations outside of the UK are sent by Airsure or International Signed For postage, depending on the country in question.
My order is a gift for someone - is it possible to get it sent straight to them? Yes of course. With our direct gift service, you can pick out your gift and a gift card from our range, tell us what you'd like to say and we'll handwrite your message and send it straight off to the lucky recipient, beautifully giftwrapped.
Are your licensed products the real thing?
Yes, all of our branded merchandise is the real thing and comes from official licensed sources.
What does the Fair Trade symbol displayed on some of the products actually mean?
 Look for this Mark on Fairtrade products
www.fairtrade.org.uk Since a number of our items originate from overseas, including India, Thailand, and Indonesia, where you see the Fair Trade symbol, this means that the product has come from a supplier that supports the fair trade cause. Therefore you can be assured that the workers involved have been paid a fair wage, that men and women are paid the same rate for the same job, and that no child labour is involved. In addition, reasonable standards of health and safety are adhered to and environmentally friendly products and practices employed.
How will my item be packaged?
All of our cufflinks are supplied in a stylish presentation box. Other items will either be boxed or wrapped in appropriate, stylish packaging.
What about if I change my mind or I don't like the items I've ordered?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition within 30 days, and we will be happy to offer you either a full refund or replacement product.
If the item is faulty or if we are at fault, we will also refund your postage costs. Otherwise, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We would always recommend that items are returned to us by recorded delivery and a tracking number obtained.
My order is a gift - can they exchange it if they don't like it?
Yes, of course, the 30-day return policy applies to gifts as well. If you are buying the item in advance and need to extend the guarantee period, just contact us and we will work with you to come to a suitable arrangement.
Do you have an end of season sale?
We have special offers and sales running at various times throughout the year. The best way to find out about these is to join our mailing list - you'll receive early notification of our fantastic offers, plus details of new products and more.
Do you have a shop that I can visit?
Our business is predominantly an online one and we do not have a shop as such. However, if you would like to see any of the products in person we may be able to arrange an appointment for you to do so. Alternatively you will find us at several gift and craft fairs throughout the year - contact us for further details.
Is the payment system secure?
Yes - all transactions are processed using a secure server, so you can be assured that your details are safe.
If I join your mailing list, will I get bombarded with spam emails?
If you join our mailing list, all emails you receive will be relevant. Plus we guarantee you that we will never pass on your details to a third party. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by simply emailing us with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject box. |
